Q: I am trying to schedule 2 appointments at the same time, but your online booking system is not letting me? 

A: Therapists have their own individual schedules and may be booked or unavailable for that day. Or you may be trying to schedule a service with a therapist who does not offer it. Q: I would like to book a specific therapist, how do I do that? 

A: You can book a therapist directly by clicking on the Our Practitioners Page, their contact information is located below their bio.


Q: I would like to schedule a group appointment, how do I do that?

Q: Do you do couples massages?

A: At this time we are currently not offering couples massages.


Q: I am trying to schedule a voucher service online but the practitioner I am trying to book the voucher for is unavailable?

A: Not all of our practitioners participate in voucher services, please visit your voucher for information on where and how to book.


Q: I called but couldn’t reach anyone?

A: We are a therapist ran business collective and may be in service at the time of your call and cannot answer the phone. If you called to schedule an appointment, you can E-Mail us at Sacredartssanctuary@gmail.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can.


Q: I have to cancel my appointment, what is your cancellation policy?

A: We require 24 hours for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged the full service price. If you are a voucher guest, we will redeem your voucher.


Q: What if I am running late for my appointment?

A: Your therapist will try to call you 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to confirm you are still coming. If they do not reach you withing 15 minutes of your initial scheduled time, your therapist may leave for the day. A no show fee of the full service price will be applied.


Q: Will I get a discount if I am late to my appointment?

A: You are paying for your therapists time. If you are late for your appointment, you are still required to pay in full for the amount of time you were initially booked.
